When you contact us or fill out our estimate form, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone, email, property address, and project information — only to prepare your quote, communicate with you, and schedule your service. We don’t sell your information, and we share it only with the people who need it to complete your job. We keep only what we need and honor reasonable requests to access or delete your information.

Communication consent. By submitting our form or sharing your phone number, you agree to be contacted by Ringold Property Services by phone, text, or email about your estimate and service. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.

Quotes, deposits & payment. Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and may be adjusted after we assess the property in person. A $500 deposit is due at booking, and the remaining amount is due once installation is complete.

Weather & safety. Installation and service depend on safe weather and site conditions. If conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule. The safety of your family and our crew always comes first.
